A little history...

The pre-cursor to Flow360 was created in 1996 in direct response to requests from clients for a detailed maintenance management tool for their buildings.

This fledgling solution was the inspiration for a completely rewritten and extensively expanded new solution, Flow360, which has been in continual development since 2003. The company, Flow360 limited was set up specifically to develop and support this solution.

Where are we now?

Flow360 limited was incorporated in 2003 and since that time has been working closely with schools, education authorities, housing associations, quantity surveyors, architects and service providers to ensure that Flow360 delivers what it promises...

to make the daily lives and responsibilities of all those involved in facilities maintenance and management simpler and to provide true cost benefits to all concerned.
