Setting up print options preferences

Start screen

You access your personal preferences from your personal Home screen. To go to your personal Home, click the Home button

Confirm choice

Click the Personal button to confirm that you want to go to your personal Home screen

The Personal Home Screen (contact card)

Your personal Home screen is your own contact card - from here you can edit your address and contact details and also access your preferences, by clicking the Preferences button

User preferences (Manager)

On your preferences screen, click the 'print options' tab

The print options tab

On the print options tab you can select a default printer (if there is one available to your computer) (1), set the default paper orientation (2), the default paper size (3) and the preferrred font size for report outputs (4).

Click the return to start button (5) when done.
