Introduction

Flow360 is one of a new breed of web based services and collaboration tools. It is designed to make the process of managing and maintaining buildings, sites and their assets as streamlined and transparent as possible.

Flow360 is designed to be used by all the parties involved in any aspect of these processes. This includes owners, clients, managers, service providers, surveyors, occupiers and tenants. As a collaborative tool, no single user has ownership of all the data - each user only has access to the information that concerns them directly.

Access to up to date information and communication between the various parties involved in what can be a complex process is vital. Flow360 makes this easy.

Flow360 in action

A typical setup sequence for a new owner or client would follow this pattern:
  • entry of detailed condition survey information for all resources, from the site level down to individual switch socket outlets and items of furniture. (The degree of detail required is at the discretion of the user)
  • establishment of standard tasks for the site or building
  • establishment of a maintenance schedule
  • assignment of managers and surveyors
  • appointment of service providers based on tendered rates and / or agreed working remits
Once this setup is complete, Flow360 swings into action, automating and simplifying the flow of information and the issuing and tracking of works enquiries and orders, and keeping everyone informed of changes as they occur.

Go to the Walkthroughs section to follow a number of specific processes which should give you a better understanding of how Flow360 works in practice.
