This case study concerns the re-furbishment of a listed school building by a national contractor.

Flow360 was used throughout the process, from initial e-tendering in order to confirm prices (including overheads and profit elements in order to arrive at a confirmed cost), through to works monitoring, variations during works and final sign-off and valuations.
